A VOICE from two indigenous Papuans from Indonesia

An exciting opportunity to hear from Fred Bundah and Karel Sroyer are who are visiting Perth along with 18 Papuan teachers who will be undertaking a three week course at Milner International College for English on teaching English.
Fred and Karel will talk on how Christianity which only 144 year ago entered the land of Papua, is playing a vital role in maintaining Papuan cultural identity and economic development. They will talk on their own roles in the Australian Papuan Cultural Exchange Program (APCEP) established by the Black Pearl Network of the Floreat Uniting Church Creative Living Centre as part of the partnership between the Gereja Kristen Injili Di Tanah Papua (GKI-TP) (Evangelical Christian Church in the Land of Papua) and the Uniting Church of Australia.
Donations will go towards the funds needed by APCEP to pay the Milner College fees.
